Minimize Notifications

Navigate to Settings -> Apps & notifications -> Notifications
Tap "See All" to view a list of all apps
Scroll through each app one by one and turn off notifications according to the guidelines in the Lesson
To turn off notifications for an app, tap "Advanced" then disable the notifications toggle
