Course Overview

As human beings, we spend 25 to 30 years sleeping during our lifetimes. Yet we often put little emphasis on this important third of our life.

At Quest Codex, we believe that quality sleep is the foundation for living a healthy and fully-realized life. By mastering your sleep you retake control of your mind and body during the day, giving you energy and focus you may not even know you had. 

We created this course to share simple steps anyone can take to get incredible, restorative, sleep.

How this course works

This course is divided into short, actionable lessons that teach you how to make meaningful improvements to your sleep.

Each lesson takes less than 10 minutes to complete and is delivered via email on Mondays and Fridays.

Every lesson follows the same structure:

  • Why the topic is important for your sleep
  • How you'll take action on the lesson
  • What Single Action you'll take based on the lesson

This Master Your Sleep course will last 30 days, and you'll receive a new email on Mondays and Fridays at 7:00 am Central Time.

What was the inspiration for this course?

The inspiration for this course was the lifelong challenges Quest Codex creator, Isaac Lien, faced with sleeping. For years, it took Isaac over an hour to fall asleep every evening. Sleep was a constant source of stress, which led him to search for the tools and habits you now find in this course. Since implementing these changes, Isaac has been able to reliably fall into a deep, restorative sleep every evening.
